New to SHLC?

Applying is as easy as 1-2-3

For each student you are registering, please complete and submit the following forms in a timely fashion:

New Student Application

Course Selection Form

Emergency Medical Form

Photo Release Form

Code of Conduct (either regular or junior version)

Payment Commitment Form

You may either fill out forms electronically by clicking the above links, or print PDFs here and mail them to the address listed below. If you are going to apply electronically, please note the process is best completed in one sitting, so prepare appropriately. The entire process takes roughly 45 minutes.

Promptly pay the $100 application fee.

This fee is for new families only and must be submitted with your initial paperwork to be considered for admission.

Contact us to schedule your interview!

 

All new students are required to complete an interview with our program director as part of the application process. We are so glad you are interested in becoming a member of our community! We'll talk soon.
