New to SHLC?

Applying is as easy as 1-2-3


For each student you are registering, please complete and submit the following forms:

  • Application for Admission

  • Code of Conduct 

  • Course Selection Form

  • Emergency Medical Information Form

  • Payment Commitment Form

You will receive email notifications upon proper completion of all forms.


Expect an emailed invoice with application fees within one to two weeks. Payment of these initial fees is due upon receipt. 

Deposit of $100 is due for all NEW AND RETURNING STUDENTS.

Application Fee of $75 is due for NEW STUDENTS ONLY.
